TIME WELL

Outdoor, monumental brainwave-driven kinetic sculpture and symphony for public fountains.

The TIME-Well is a 3 story vertical metal and fiberglass kinetic sculpture (potentially with water and lightshow), that moves (ROBOTIC) according to fixed external inputs, such as the precise atomic time, the season, the weather (ECOLOGY), etc , as well as variable inputs from bio-feedback head gear connected to individuals (BIOLOGICAL), who is watching - and listening to - the sculpture.

If there are no individuals connected, the ambient energy generated by people moving, or the environment in general can be used to move the sculpture slowly.

The ECO and BIO inputs not only drive sculptural parts of the TIME WELL, but also serve as input into a Artificial Intelligence (AI) software driven music synthesizer software, that translates them into an ad hoc -always unique - symphony "One Moment in Time", (as well as changing water jets and color-coordinated lights are also possible).
 
As each moment in time is truly unique, and can never be repeated or brought back, so truly unique is the experience of the environment,- and human-driven moving sculpture along with its music, lights and water.
 
Ultimately I envision the TIME FOUNTAIN to stand in the lobby or atrium of a Learning or Technology Center, a Government Building, or a large office complex. With minor modifications it can be adapted for outdoor use.

An alternate installation or show is to use the Brainwaves of the spectator to drive a multi-jet fountain and its lights, along with the instant symphony -
